Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic operation for treatment of nasal inverted papilloma.Methods70 cases of sinonasal inverted papilloma were resected with simple procedure; some via Caldwell Lucapproach to separate the fumor from subperiostum and the wound were cauterized with electric knife. After operation antibiotics were uesd for preventing infectiom for one week.Results70 papients were followed up for more than six months, 64 cases of grade Ⅰ、 Ⅱ were cured(90%); 6 relapsed (10%) then were given revise nasal endoscopic operation and got cured after debridement.ConclusionEndoscopic surgery used for treating nasal inverted papilloma has the advantages of little trauma, good curative rates and effedtive prevention of recurrance, so can be used as the preferred treafment method for sinonasal inverted papilloma.
