ObjectiveThe magnetic resonance imaging（MRI) technology with intratympanic gadolinium injection provides a new method for the diagnosis of various inner ear diseases,which is expected to become the gold standard for the diagnosis of some inner ear diseases. Based on the development progress of MRI of Intratympanic Gadolinium at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the multiple delivery methods of gadolinium imaging, clinical application, evaluation methods and their own advantages and disadvantages. And they are compared with traditional methods. The current research progress of MRI technology for Intratympanic Gadolinium imaging is summarized, and its future development trend is prospected.
