Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and significance of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) with tinnitus. Methods The subjects of the study were 71 patients diagnosed with OSAHS by polysomnography (PSG). After examinations such as otoscope, pure tone audiometry, vestibular function, and polysomnography, the medical history was collected, and they were divided into the ordinary group (simple OSAHS patients) 42 cases and 29 cases of OSAHS patients with tinnitus. The differences in age, medical history, BMI index, blood oxygen saturation, average hearing threshold, and blood pressure between different groups were compared. Analyze the hearing condition of patients with tinnitus in different tones. Results There was no significant difference in age between the two groups (P>0.05); in comparison of other indicators, the tinnitus group was significantly higher than that of the ordinary group; 29 patients with tinnitus of different degrees, after comparison, were found in different degrees of OSAHS patients The incidence of serotonin was 64.3% (9/14); 31.3% (5/16); 36.6% (15/41), and there was no statistical difference between the groups. Conclusion The severity of OSAHS patients is related to the incidence of tinnitus, and is related to age, medical history, BMI index, blood oxygen saturation, average hearing threshold, and blood pressure (P<0.05). Among them, it is related to BMI and blood oxygen saturation. Significant correlation (P<0.01).
