To analysis the clinical and pathological features of Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) in nasal cavity and paranasal sinus. Methods Retrospectively observed clinical and pathological data of 3 cases with rhinosinusal RDD, and reviewed the literature.Results Rosai-Dorfman disease occurring in the nasal cavity and sinus was mainly characterized by nasal obstruction. The histopathological features were diffuse infiltrating sinus histocytosis, in the background of lymphocytes and plasma cells, "sealing" phenomenon were seen occasionally. Immunohistochemical staining showed S-100, CD68 expression in tumor cells. Conclusion Rosai-Dorfman disease was a histocytoproliferative disease with nonspecific clinical manifestations. The pathological diagnosis was the gold standard and the treatment response was poor.
