Abstract:This paper reports the treatment experience of a patient with necrotizing fasciitis of the neck. After the patient was admitted to the hospital, he cooperated closely with ICU, endocrinology department, clinical pharmacy and other disciplines to control blood sugar, anti infection and nutritional support. The emergency neck debridement and local adequate drainage were performed. The dressing was changed regularly after the operation, and autologous thin skin grafting was performed in the second stage. After 40 days of treatment, the patient recovered completely and was discharged.
