Abstract:Objective: To analyze the changes and correlations of peripheral blood type I/type 2 T cells and inflammatory indexes in patients with allergic rhinitis (AR). Methods: 50 AR patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the observation group, and 50 healthy people who underwent physical examination in the outpatient clinic during the same period were selected as the control group. Serum Th1 cytokines were detected and compared between the two groups[ Interferon gamma (IFN-γ), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)], Th2 cytokines [interleukin-5 (IL-5), interleukin-4 (IL-4)], serum Procalcinin (PCT), C-reactive protein (CRP), compared with moderate-to-severe AR patients, serum Th1, Th2 cytokines, serum PCT, CRP, Spearman correlation analysis Th1, Th2 cytokines and PCT, CRP Correlation. Results: The serum IFN-γ in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the serum TNF-α, IL-4 and IL-5 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, P<0.05 (both differences were statistically significant). Serum PCT and CRP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, P<0.05 (both differences were statistically significant). The serum IFN-γ in the moderate-severe group was lower than that in the mild group and the control group, and the serum TNF-α, IL-4 and IL-5 in the moderate-severe group were higher than those in the mild group and the control group, P<0.05 (all differences were statistically significant). learning meaning). The serum PCT and CRP in the moderate-severe group were higher than those in the mild group and the control group, P<0.05 (both differences were statistically significant). IFN-γ was negatively correlated with PCT and CRP (r value=-0.325, -0.428), and TNF-α, IL-4, IL-5 were positively correlated with PCT and CRP, P<0.05 (r value=0.502) , 0.493, 0.496, 0.413, 0.467, 0.034) (differences are all statistically significant). Conclusion: Serum Th1 and Th2 cytokines are abnormally expressed in AR patients, and there is a certain correlation between serum Th1 and Th2 cytokines and inflammatory factors PCT and CRP. Clinically, the serum Th1 and Th2 cytokine levels can be detected to evaluate the severity of AR patients. , inflammatory response, etc.
