Objective To investigate the clinical effect of parotid gland tumor resection after endoscope assisted anterograde dissection of the posterior hairline of the lower ear and the road nerve. Methods From July 2022 to September 2022, 3 patients with parotid gland tumors located in the superficial lobe and with a diameter of less than 3 cm were selected, and the facial nerve was dissected anterograde under the full endoscope by using the hairline approach. The parotid gland tumors and part of the superficial lobe were resected. Results All patients successfully completed the operation, without postoperative bleeding, salivary leakage and facial paralysis, and received good cosmetic results. Conclusion Endoscopic resection of parotid gland tumor after anterograde dissection of the retroauricular hairline pathway of the pavement nerve is a safe, feasible and aesthetic method.
