Results: The total effective rate, the average number of treatments, the recurrence rate and the improvement of the quality of lifeof the two groups of patients were not significant. difference(P>0.05). There were differences in the diagnosis rate at the first examination (P=0.019)and the recovery of social activities (P=0.000)between the two groups. Conclusion: For patients with BPPV and claustrophobia, it is recommended to check with the naked visions multiple times or follow-up visits to observe nystagmus for diagnosis.
