Sudden hearing loss is a common emergency in otorhinolaryngology. Its incidence rate is increasing year by year and some patients have poor prognoses, and batroxobin has become an important therapeutic drug. This article reports a case of abnormal changes in D-dimer during the use of batroxobin in a patient with sudden hearing loss. This may have a certain effect on suggesting potential adverse reactions of batroxobin, but rigorous experiments are still needed to verify.
