甲状腺外科手术中荧光显像技术保护甲状旁腺的应用进展

    摘要:

    甲状旁腺是调节人体钙、磷代谢的关键腺体,然而由于甲状旁腺体积小、位置隐秘而且变异多,使得甲状腺外科手术中对甲状旁腺的定位识别和功能保护极具难度,易造成甲状旁腺损伤进而引起其机能减退,导致出现血钙浓度降低、手足抽搐等症状,严重时可导致死亡。近年来,因研究者们发现术中应用荧光显像技术可以对甲状旁腺及其血供进行显像,从而导致其在甲状旁腺识别保护领域的应用受到越来越多的关注成为研究热点。但是由于该项技术在国内外研究中仍尚处于早期起步阶段,其临床应用方法及效果都尚存争议。本文就荧光显像技术在甲状旁腺保护的相关国内外应用研究回顾性收集相关作一综述。

    Abstract:

    The parathyroid glands are crucial for regulating calcium and phosphorus metabolism in human body, however, it is extremely difficult to locate and identify the parathyroid glands and protect its function in thyroid surgery due to its small size,secretive location and variation, which can easily cause damage to the parathyroid glands and then cause its dysfunction, resulting in the symptoms such as decreased blood calcium concentration, hand-foot convulsions, and in severe cases, death.In recent years, researchers have found that intraoperative application of fluorescence imaging technology can image the parathyroid glands and its blood supply, which leads to its application in the field of parathyroid gland identification and protection has attracted more and more researchers" attention and become a research hotspot. Since this technique is still in its early stage of research both domestically and internationally, its clinical application methods and effectiveness are still controversial. In this article, we review the relevant domestic and international literature on the application of fluorescence imaging technology in parathyroid protection.
