儿童腺样体肥大与血清钙和磷水平的关系分析

    目的 本研究旨在探讨儿童血清钙和磷水平与腺样体肥大之间的潜在相关性。方法 对2022年1月至2024年12月在我院住院手术的腺样体肥大儿童进行回顾性研究,将腺样体肥大并行手术的儿童作为研究组,同期因其他疾病住院的儿童作为对照组。收集血清钙和磷的浓度以及人口统计学数据,比较两组之间的钙和磷的水平以及与相关因素的关系。结果 腺样体肥大组的平均血清钙和磷的浓度分别为2.40±0.10 mmol/L和1.67±0.16 mmol/L,而对照组为2.38±0.09 mmol/L(P=0.141)和1.60±0.21 mmol/L(P=0.002)。而扁桃体肥大程度对腺样体儿童的血清钙(F=0.886,P=0.498)和磷水平(F=0.017,P=0.983)水平没有显著影响。腺样体儿童的BMI值与血清磷水平呈正相关(r=0.554,P=0.000)。血清磷水平受腺样体肥大儿发病时间的影响,<1年、1-2年和≥3年组分别为1.66±0.16 mmol/L、1.68±0.14 mmol/L和1.75±0.15 mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(F=7.287,P=0.001),且有随时间增加血清磷水平升高的趋势。结论 腺样体肥大儿童血清磷水平明显升高,其与扁桃体肥大程度无明显关系,但与BMI值呈正相关,且随发病时间的增加有逐渐升高的趋势。

    Abstract:

    Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the potential correlation between phosphorus and calcium levels and adenoid hypertrophy (AH) . Materials and Methods This study included 353 children with AH who underwent surgery as the study group, and 89 children hospitalized for other diseases during the same period as the control group. Collected Serum calcium and phosphorus concentrations and demographic data, and the mean calcium and phosphorus levels between the two groups was compared. Results The mean calcium and phosphorus concentration were 2.40±0.10 mmol/L and 1.67±0.16 mmol/L in the AH group, respectively, compared with 2.38±0.09 mmol/L (P=0.141) and 1.60±0.21 mmol/L (P=0.002) in the control group. The degree of tonsil hypertrophy had no significant effect on the calcium (F=0.886, P=0.498) and? phosphorus(F=0.017, P=0.983) level in children with AH. The BMI of children with AH were positively correlated with phosphorus (r=0.554,P=0.000). The phosphorus level was affected by the onset time of AH, and the <1 y, 1-2 y and ≥3 y groups were 1.66±0.16 mmol/L、1.68±0.14 mmol/L and 1.75±0.15 mmol/L, respectively , the difference was statistically significant (F=7.287,P=0.001). Conclusion: The serum phosphorus level in children with adenoid hypertrophy is significantly increased. It has no obvious relationship with the degree of tonsillar hypertrophy, but is positively correlated with the BMI, and shows a gradually increasing trend with the increase of disease duration.
